Your routing stays on your Mac.
Roadie uses narrowly scoped connections for its 7-day trial and Dodo Payments license checks. It never sends your audio or routing configuration.
Privacy information updated 31 August 2026.
Local audio routing
Roadie never records or processes audio and does not need microphone permission. Priority rules, avoided devices, raw audio device names and identifiers, and current routing choices stay on your Mac. Roadie does not upload your routing configuration or audio-device identity.
Seven-day trial checks
To start and verify the full 7-day trial, Roadie sends its service a pseudonymous device hash and app version. The service returns and stores the immutable trial timestamps. It does not receive the underlying hardware identifier. The server keeps the first trial start for that pseudonymous device so reinstalling the app cannot restart the trial.
Dodo Payments licensing
When you activate, validate, manage, or deactivate a license, Roadie sends the entered license key and a generic activation ID to Dodo Payments or Roadie's scoped license-management endpoint. Payment and license processing are governed by Dodo Payments' policies. Roadie does not include audio, routing rules, raw audio device names, or your Mac or user name in these requests.
A successful trial or license check provides a 24-hour offline grace. When the 7-day trial expires, Roadie applies a hard block to automatic routing but keeps your settings. Roadie costs $9.99 as a one-time purchase for up to 3 Macs.

Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics only loads after you choose Allow analytics. It measures visits, acquisition sources, and download interactions. The website sends the CTA location, release version, filename, and public download URL with a download event; it does not send names, email addresses, audio, app configuration, trial hashes, or license data.
